How to stop all service on GP (GrameenPhone)

Every mobile company send many various sms to their users .
It's always helpful but sometimes we face in some big trouble. We get sms from them and it take all of our credit balance. But you still don't know why its happening.
To come out from this kind of trouble you have to follow the following steps bellow:

# Go to massage
# Type "STOP ALL"
#Now send it to 789

If this trick do not work, you should try this :
# Go to your massage center
# Type "STOP ALL"
# Now send it to that number without the first 2 digit, which was the sender of your troubling sms or service.

Example: 
Suppose the sender number was - 123456
Now type "STOP ALL" and send it to 3456
