Follow these steps bellow :
► Go to Start Menu and select Run.
► Type "gpedit.msc" in the text area and hit enter.
► At this time you will see Local Computer Policy.
► Now expand the Administrative Templates branch.
► Click Network branch to expand it.
► Open QoS Packet Scheduler.
► Move your mouse point and dubble-click on the Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
► Now click on Enabeled check box.
Hmm.... you have done well. But your job is not finish yet.
► At this time change your Bandwidth limit 20% to 0%.
► osss.... !!! After that click Apply → OK
► Now Restart your computer for changes.
After restart enjoy a high speed on your brodband system .
